You can make changes to your subscription, including pausing, changing payment details or cancelling your subscription, in our customer portal. The link to access this was sent when you subscribed, but if you've mislaid your details, please contact us and we can send you a new link.

No problem! You can reschedule the date for your payment to be taken so that it ships at a time to suit your return.

Payment is taken one month from the original payment date and then every month thereafter. If the payment date falls on a day that doesn't fit your finances, or you wish the payment to be taken on a specific date, you can reschedule this in your customer portal.

Yes! You can do this at any time in the customer portal.

We'll be sorry to see you go, but you can of course cancel if you wish. You can do this in your customer portal or you can contact us, and we will action this for you.

It is important to us that you enjoy your subscription to American Cars Collection, so with this in mind we would like to draw your attention to the following information:

• This subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis

• There is no minimum contract or notice period - you can cancel at any time

• You can manage your subscription and update your details in your subscription portal, or by emailing our customer service team.

• We will email a reminder that your subscription is due to renew 7 days and the day before your payment is due be taken.

• We will attempt to retry failed payments a further three times starting the day after the failed payment attempt; if payment continues to fail the subscription will be cancelled and you will need to contact us if you wish to resume.

• If your subscription is cancelled and you wish to resume ,we will do our best to assist; However, if the subscription remains cancelled for more than 30 days, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restart it.

• If any aspect of your subscription changes, we will notify you a minimum of 30 days before the change takes effect.
